For our central Finance department we are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d). BERLIN | MANNHEIM

• Finance Manager - You are responsible for the implementation and further evolution of the ongoing finance and accounting processes, as well as other responsibilities such as the formation and posting of provisions and accruals, account clarifications and intercompany reconciliations
• Coordinator - You create and check sales tax returns as well as monthly and annual individual financial statements according to HGB together with our partners for our companies and brands
• Partner Manager – You work closely with our partners from the tax office and are the internal contact for various tax issues
• Money Manager - You coordinate the weekly payment runs with your conscientious approach
• Captain - You control our outgoing invoice process regarding payment status and progress of customers regarding offers and invoices
• Specialist - You are the contact person for our employees for financially relevant inquiries (e.g. regarding guidelines, processes, changes in legal requirements) and you maintain your discretion
• Finance-Techie - You support the development and implementation of best-in-class accounting and finance tools

• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting or a similar qualification
• Your successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), ideally further training as an accountant (m/f/d) rounds off your profile
• You have in-depth experience with DATEV.
• Very good handling of the common MS Office programs, especially Excel is in your genes
• You have reliable knowledge of the accounting standards (HGB) as well as legal and tax-related knowledge
• Your way of working is conscientious, helpful and responsible
• You are fluent in German and English
