Bosch Management Consulting (BMC/IC) is the internal management consultancy of the Bosch Group. We focus on strategic in-house projects that drive the effective transformation and continued development of our businesses within Bosch. Our consulting teams support senior management within the Bosch Group on strategic, organizational, and operational topics, aiming to improve business performance substantially and sustainably.

We work on portfolio elements covering topics such as:

• Portfolio strategy and business development
• Transformation and cost efficiency
• Restructuring projects
• Post-merger integration (PMI), carve-out, and M&A-related consulting support

At BMC/IC, you will work in cross-functional teams in close collaboration with our internal customers on complex projects, providing impactful and tailored solutions to top management across the Bosch Group. We offer an inspiring workplace and excellent career opportunities within Bosch.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading and delivering restructuring consulting projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Division and/or Business Unit heads).
2. Driving knowledge building and toolbox development to enhance our restructuring expertise.
3. Building and leading a team of specialized restructuring consultants.
4. Scoping consulting projects jointly with the responsible partner and the customer.
5. Driving the overall analytical approach aligned with the strategic objectives of the Bosch Group.
6. Challenging, deriving conclusions, and providing impactful and feasible recommendations to internal clients.
7. Benefiting from a trustful environment with highly motivated colleagues committed to impact and work-life balance.

Qualifications include:

• University degree in business, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering, or similar; an MBA is advantageous.
• More than 4 years of relevant experience, such as in a leading restructuring management consultancy or a boutique firm; experience in leading high-impact turnaround projects across multiple industries with diverse stakeholders; profound knowledge of consulting and restructuring tools; strong financial and operational metrics expertise.
• An international background and working experience are pluses.
• Proven analytical skills, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, excellent communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and customer orientation.
• Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
