POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician (MT) is accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the property, ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, strong relations, and adherence to financial goals. Reporting to the Property Manager, the MT's main responsibilities include maintaining the property's appearance, completing unit turnovers and work orders promptly, and adhering to company standards. This role is crucial in building positive customer relationships, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators, and delivering exceptional service, all while supporting the company's mission, vision, and values.
