Job Description

• You will be responsible for reviewing alerts and conducting thorough case investigations to identify potential suspicious activities for reporting purposes
• You are a specialist in transaction monitoring, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practices
• You have the ability to detect patterns and trends indicative of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other types of suspicious activities
• You are skilled at conducting in-depth investigations when suspicious activities are identified, ensuring all findings are accurately documented
• Previous experience working in a neo-bank or digital banking environment is considered an advantage

Qualifications

• You bring several years of hands-on experience in an operational AML/AFC role within the banking or financial sector
• You excel at creating thorough and precise case documentation
• You are confident in making sound, risk-based decisions
• You effectively prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of workflows
• You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• You have a keen eye for detail and approach your work with accuracy and diligence
• You demonstrate a proactive and motivated mindset, always striving for excellence
