A leading consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced SAP QM Consultant to join an S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation program with a prominent automotive manufacturer in Stuttgart. This role involves guiding the implementation of SAP's Quality Management solutions, leading workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have over 5 years of SAP QM experience, strong integration knowledge, and be fluent in German. This is an opportunity to shape a critical project within a globally recognized firm.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
- Experience in ECC 6.0 → S/4 migrations (brownfield or selective).
- Confident leading workshops and translating business needs into workable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution testing and advise on appropriate solutions for any gaps discovered.
- Refining processes and shaping the QM solution architecture for S/4 Private Cloud.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across global manufacturing sites.

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP QM Consultant to join an ambitious S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation programme with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Stuttgart.
Duration: ASAP – October 2026 (Go-Live planned for September 2027)
Workload: 3–4 days per week
Location: Stuttgart – onsite every second week for ~2 days (flexibility possible)
Languages: German & English

You’ll join a major S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation for one of Germany’s leading automotive manufacturers. You'll use your expert knowledge of the manufacturing industry and a thorough understanding of what can be achieved with SAP's standard Quality Management solutions to guide the implementation to success.
- Lead solution testing and advise on appropriate solutions for any gaps discovered
- Refining processes and shaping the QM solution architecture for S/4 Private Cloud
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across global manufacturing sites
- Supporting integration with key modules and ensuring smooth end-to-end flows
- Guiding workshops, documenting processes, and supporting testing phases
- Acting as the go-to expert for all QM-related decisions through to go-live
- 5+ years experience as an SAP QM Consultant
- Strong integration knowledge across logistics modules
- Experience in ECC 6.0 → S/4 migrations (brownfield or selective)
- Confident leading workshops and translating business needs into workable solutions
- Fluent German and good English communication skills
- Ability to be onsite in Stuttgart every second week
