The role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines, as well as collaborating with hiring managers. 3+ years of recruiting experience (internal experience preferred, bonus if you have recruited accounting and finance roles)
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially on LinkedIn and similar platforms
Confident interviewer with a focus on people and potential
Excellent organization and pipeline management skills
Amazing communication and follow-through with candidates
A mindset that blends initiative, curiosity, and collaboration

During your first six months, you’ll align fully with EST hours 9am - 5pm to onboard smoothly, then transition to 70% overlap.

You’ll be confidently managing the full cycle of accountant recruitment; sourcing, screening, coordinating and helping us hire 1–2 top-tier accountants each month.
