🤝 About The Position
As a Senior eCommerce Manager, you’ll become a key partner to our customers and a sparring partner to our internal Success team.
You’ll bring deep eCom expertise, structure and strategic insight — and you’ll directly influence customer outcomes.
The role focuses on ownership: you’ll work independently, collaborate closely, and elevate the entire team through your experience.
Your work covers three core areas:
1. Onboarding & User Activation
You’ll take a leading role in improving how customers adopt Klar:
- Help customers understand and use Klar to its full potential
- Create educational content, playbooks and scalable best practices
- Identify improvement opportunities across activation touchpoints
2. High-Level Customer Strategy & Support
You’ll partner closely with top DTC brands across their lifecycle:
- Run product demos and guide prospects through Klar’s value
- Onboard new customers end-to-end
- Act as a strategic growth partner on topics like performance, profitability, retention, and data
- Troubleshoot issues and solve real operator problems in real time
- Share learnings and benchmarks from 100s of brands to help them grow smarter
3. Product Feedback & Internal Collaboration
You’re in the best position to connect customer reality with product direction:
- Gather structured insights from customer conversations
- Translate operator challenges into product requirements
- Work closely with Product & Engineering on roadmap decisions
- Advocate for customer-centric improvements
Qualifikation
💪 About You
- You have 3–5+ years of hands-on eCom experience (brand or agency).
- Your background can be in Performance, CRM, BI, Ops, Influencer or Shop Management — what matters is that you really understand how eCom brands grow.
- You bring technical understanding of the modern eCommerce stack — e.g. Shopify or other shop systems, tracking setups, Tag Manager, attribution tools and integrations (Klaviyo, Meta, Google, GA4, etc.).
- You’re comfortable digging into data, tracking issues and performance bottlenecks — not as an engineer, but as someone who knows how things connect.
- You’re senior enough to work independently, own customer outcomes end-to-end, and structure complex problems.
- You’re a numbers-driven thinker who can translate data into insights and actions.
- You build relationships easily — customers trust you, enjoy talking to you, and see you as a sparring partner.
- You’re curious, driven and learning-oriented — motivated by variety and continuous growth.
- German language skills are essential, as a large portion of our customers communicate with us in German. At the same time, you are also comfortable communicating in English.
