A recruitment company seeks a German Recruitment Director to manage and expand existing client relationships in Germany. The successful candidate will lead a team, develop business opportunities, and leverage their recruitment experience in a client-focused role. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus commission, with a combined earning potential exceeding £130,000 annually. The role is hybrid, with two days of work-from-home and three days in the office.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced German speaking Recruitment Consultant looking to step up into the role of Recruitment Director. This role is a mix of leadership and revenue generation in which you will take on an existing part of the business and grow it further, whilst also managing more junior staff and encouraging them to fulfil their potential.
Title: German Recruitment Director (Existing Accounts)

Salary: up to £65,000 + 10% flat rate commission on revenues generated + Team bonus
Location: 2 days work-from-home, 3 days office based (Shoreditch)
OTE: OTE is uncapped, earnings can be over £130k per annum
Sector: Specialist Recruitment Agency, you will be on the Germany Team
Duties:
Travel: There may be some international travel involved to meet key clients
DUTIES: Working with existing Germany-based clients, nurturing and developing existing German-speaking business from existing clients such as Huawei, Vodaphone, and Ericsson. This role is a true relationship/business development role and NOT a hard-core sales recruitment role, but will require someone with a successful track record in recruitment who is now looking for the next step.
