Support Specialist / Logistics Coordinator

Location: Germany (remote support)

Contract: 9 months with extension possibility

We are looking for a highly organized Support Specialist / Logistics Coordinator to provide real‑time operational support to delivery partners across Germany. In this role, you will ensure that drivers are able to start routes on time, resolve on‑road issues quickly, and maintain a smooth delivery experience for all partners involved.

You will provide support through digital communication tools, monitor daily performance, and help improve processes by updating guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and can communicate clearly under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor on‑road operations for multiple delivery partners and track daily performance.
  • Provide real‑time support to drivers and partner coordinators via chat tools (e.g., Slack).
  • Troubleshoot check‑in issues, delays, and on‑road problems.
  • Follow up with partners on late arrivals or delays to ensure timely execution.
  • Update daily tracking files and end‑of‑day reports.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs based on operational feedback and learnings.
  • Support transitions between communication tools (e.g., from one platform to another).
Qualifications
  • Strong bias for action and ability to work independently.
  • Clear and concise communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and common collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Experience in the delivery, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of how delivery apps and routing tools work.
  • Fluent German and English required.
