Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking a Medical Content Developer to translate complex medical concepts into structured content for AI training. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, possesses an advanced degree in a healthcare field, and has 2–6+ years of professional experience. The role is remote, paid on an hourly basis, and requires a commitment of 20 hours per week. Candidates will participate in an AI-led interview process to assess their skills.

Position: Medical Content Developer

Compensation: $100–$160/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months
Commitment: 20 hours/week
- Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
- Write fluently in both Korean and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages.
- Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Korean healthcare, ensuring linguistic accuracy in clinical and professional contexts.
- Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content.
- Contribute to a structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
- Native-level fluency in Korean with strong written and spoken English.
- Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field).
- 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
- Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
