We are looking for a "Software Developer Rust (f/m/d)" for the "Software & Hardware Framework" department at the Oberkochen site, Aalen branch, as soon as possible.

The "Software & Hardware Framework" department develops a cross-sectional software platform that supports the development of all future products, including operating systems, communication protocols, cross-sectional applications, and more. A focus is placed on quality and broad usability.

1. Participation in the design, development, and maintenance of a cross-sectional software platform
2. Support in defining the software architecture by developing technical designs and concepts
3. Software development in Rust under Linux
4. Use of modern software technologies (git, Atlassian tools, CMake, buildroot, containerization)
5. Agile planning and implementation of software development (SCRUM)
6. Accompanying software development until application maturity
7. Use and expansion of the CI / CD pipeline

1. Completed studies in computer science or related courses with a focus on software development
2. Experience in using common build and Linux tools is advantageous (Make, CMake, shell scripting)
3. Experience in the implementation of development projects
4. Very good knowledge of Rust
5. Confident handling and basic understanding of Linux
6. Analytical, networked thinking, and independent approach
7. Team player with strong social skills and enthusiasm
8. Innovative spirit and creativity
9. Very good knowledge of German and English
