The Treasury Operations team is responsible for the frictionless performance of the Treasury IT infrastructure. We provide technical solutions to all subsidiaries of our company to perform their internal and external Treasury transactions and run the systems of our Inhouse Bank. We drive our global projects in a hands-on and result-driven way, always focusing on excellent service delivery. Treasury Operations is the reliable business partner when it comes to stable financial processes of the Inhouse Banks. Our projects include roll-outs of new functionalities, onboarding of new subsidiaries, system upgrades, and process automation.

In your role, you will be responsible for our future Treasury Datawarehouse, collaborating with Treasury teams in Darmstadt, Manila, and Montevideo, as well as internal stakeholders in IT, Business Services, Audit, Compliance, Tax, and external partners like banks and system providers. You will design and set up the future Treasury Datawarehouse, drive automation in data analytics, and work with internal teams to visualize Treasury data insights. You will report to the Head of Treasury Operations.

Who you are:

1. Master's degree in business informatics, mathematics, computer science, physics, or a related field.
2. Very good programming skills and experience in creating complex database queries.
3. Experience working with complex data warehouse setups and large data volumes.
4. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
5. Advanced knowledge of and experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Palantir, etc.
6. Broad financial knowledge, especially in cash and risk management, is an advantage.
7. Strong affinity for automating and digitalizing processes.
8. Solid project management experience in an international team.
9. Excellent social, communication, and English negotiation skills.
10. Analytical skills and an independent, result-driven work approach.
11. Strong team player capable of handling multiple priorities.
