Cad jobs in Germany

• Development and design of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems in 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, Inventor)
• Creation of 2D drawings, parts lists, and technical documentation
• Performance of tolerance analyses, strength assessments and thermal analyses
• Collaboration with production, purchasing, quality assurance, and external suppliers
• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., technician with relevant experience)
• Relevant experience in mechanical engineering of at least 5 years
• Experience in design (including construction] and development of cooling devices [e.g. “heat exchanger”]
• Confident use of one or more 3D CAD systems
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical design is an advantage
• Experience in dynamic thermal modelling of liquid cooling system
• Experience in specification of cooling systems
• Capability to manage external suppliers for design / construction activities
• Experience in construction of mechanical chassis for electronics devices [for hot & harsh] environment
• Knowledge in additive production methods and mandatory design constraints
• Knowledge of standardization, materials science, manufacturing processes, and tolerance management
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Ability to work in a team Initiative and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
