University degree and a minimum of 5 years of direct regulatory experience, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, are required.
Preference is given to candidates with technical backgrounds such as Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

Must demonstrate a background in International Transportation, Logistics, Customs Compliance, or Import/Export regulatory compliance, with at least 7 years of Global Trade Compliance experience.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent computer skills are required.
Knowledge of European Union trade regulations and processes, including EU, UK, and US trade regulations, is necessary.
Experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry is preferred.
