At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Data Architect and Migration Specialist to join one of our clients' teams in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for growth in an innovative environment.

NOTE: This is a one-year contract with relocation to Riyadh, costs covered by the client.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect and Migration Specialist to lead enterprise data architecture and oversee large-scale data migration projects. The candidate will ensure alignment with business processes, standards, and policies while supporting analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data architecture strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., NCA, NIC).
• Review and guide data models, storage, and management across systems.
• Lead data migration strategies, ensuring project alignment.
• Manage ETL processes to ensure data quality.
• Define data policies, standards, and access controls.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables related to data architecture and migration.
• Establish KPIs to measure migration effectiveness, report risks proactively.
• Collaborate with teams to support analytics and business goals.
• Review vendor compliance with data governance best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in data architecture, management, and large-scale migration.
• Proven expertise in data migration, ETL validation, and legacy system transitions.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of KSA standards (NCA, NIC).
• Certifications like CDA, Microsoft Data Analyst are a plus.
• Experience in government transformation or Customs projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with Informatica preferred.
• Must reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate.
