Digital Workplace Solution Architekt (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Design and develop digital workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and AI approaches.
• Ensure high security and compliance in collaboration and communication solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and develop best-practice-based concepts and implement them.
• Lead migration and rollout projects.
• Collaborate with IT communication, security, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Create architecture and operational concepts, and document according to process standards.
• Evaluate Microsoft roadmap and recommend rollout strategies.
• Manage external service providers.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in (business) informatics or related field.
• Experience in leading technical projects, especially migrations or transformations, preferably in large companies.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft solutions like M365, SCCM/Intune, Exchange, and security tools.
• Solution architecture skills and customer advisory experience.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Reliable, structured, and team-oriented working style.
• Willingness to support operational tasks.
• ITIL certification.
• Knowledge of architecture standards.
