NOTE: This is a one-year contract with relocation to Riyadh, relocation costs are covered by the client.

About the Role:
We seek an experienced Data Architect and Migration Specialist to lead enterprise data architecture strategy and oversee large-scale data migration initiatives. The candidate will ensure alignment with business processes, standards, and policies supporting analytics, reporting, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, oversee, and maintain enterprise data architecture strategy, ensuring compliance with business processes and regulations (e.g., NCA, NIC).
• Review, validate, and guide data models, storage, integration, and management across repositories.
• Lead data migration strategies and execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Manage ETL processes to ensure data quality and accuracy during migration and integration.
• Define and enforce data management policies, classification standards, and access controls.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables related to data architecture, migration, and analytics.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure migration effectiveness, proactively reporting risks and issues.
• Collaborate with teams to support analytics, reporting, and business goals.
• Review vendor compliance with data governance best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of KSA regulations (NCA, NIC).
• Certifications such as CDA, Microsoft Data Analyst, or similar are a plus.
• Experience in government transformation or Customs projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with Informatica products preferred.
• Must currently reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate.
