- Develop a clear product vision focusing on business value and customer benefit
- Translate market trends and customer requirements into product roadmaps, epics, and user stories for agile development
- Manage the product backlog: process content and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development, marketing, and sales teams
- At least 5 years of professional experience post-degree in business or IT
- Expertise in the elderly care sector, including legal requirements and work processes
- Experience with agile product and requirements management

- Ability to quickly grasp essentials and communicate effectively
