We are looking for a highly motivated WordPress Developer (f/m/d), full-time remote.

Your Role

As a WordPress developer at alfatraining you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of multiple WordPress projects. Your tasks will include:

• Development of custom themes and plugins
  
• Integration of modern CSS and Javascript frameworks
  
• Maintenance, performance optimisation and monitoring across multiple WordPress instances
  
• Feature development from ideation to deployment
  
• Close cooperation with design and marketing departments
  

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies or several years of professional experience in a comparable position

You're familiar with the Gutenberg editor of WordPress

• Proven experience in developing WordPress themes and plugins
  
• Good knowledge of PHP, CSS and JavaScript
  
You have experience with both backend and frontend programming

• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solving skills
  
Distinct hands-on mentality

• Very good communication skills in English
