Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker sowie zertifizierter Kfz-Meister.
• Idealerweise Managementerfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mercedes-Benz spezifischen IT-Systemen.

Job Responsibilities

• You are the link between customer demands of service advisors and the technical and organisational capabilities of the company.
• Using your organisational skills you steer and manage the workshop service business and support employees with advice and assistance.
• You optimise operational workshop processes, ensure material supply and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Your expertise is also used to supervise apprentices and act as technical training responsible.
• You are also responsible for service quality control, compliance with statutory regulations, and regular and necessary safety instruction.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a automotive mechatronician (m/w/d) and certified automotive master (m/w/d), ideally with management experience in a comparable position.
• You can motivate and lead people, are strong in communication, responsible and decision‑making.
• You have high solution orientation and great craftsmanship.
• As a competent contact person for the centre manager, your direct colleagues (m/w/d) in the workshop and also for the service colleagues or customers (m/w/d).
• Preferably you master Mercedes‑Benz specific IT systems in the technical area, especially Stardiagnose or Xentry applications.
