We’re looking for a high-impact VP of Sales and Operations to lead and scale our commercial operations in Germany. This is not a behind-the-desk role, we want a data-driven, strategic leader who’s hands-on, collaborative, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves.

You’ll lead by example, inspire excellence, and own the numbers. Whether it's driving performance, mentoring your team, or challenging the status quo, you’ll set the pace for success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales strategy for the German region, focusing on direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth across internal teams and partner networks.
  • Lead from the front — coach, train, and empower sales teams through data, insight, and example.
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs, with regular analysis and action plans to hit commercial targets.
  • Maintain operational consistency across clinics, ensuring compliance with best practices and processes.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and accountability.
  • Identify challenges early and implement proactive and reactive strategies to boost performance and clinic visit volumes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and HQ to ensure alignment with company OKRs.
  • Champion team engagement through coaching, recognition, and clear development paths.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in senior sales leadership, ideally in multi-location, B2C environments.
  • Proven ability to drive data-informed decisions and high-impact execution.
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • A leadership style grounded in collaboration, motivation, and personal example — you won’t ask others to do what you wouldn’t do yourself.
  • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English.
