Our client is a fast-growing B2B platform , backed by some of the world’s leading VCs . They are looking for an experienced (+8y) VP of Product to shape product strategy, lead a growing team, and drive the next phase of product excellence.

This role is Berlin-based with a 5-days-in-office culture , leading 2 PMs and 1 Designer from day one, with more hires planned.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the product strategy and roadmap , aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring clear prioritisation and delivery excellence.
• Build, lead, and scale the product organisation : mentor PMs / designers and drive high standards of product thinking and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Translate executive-level strategy into clear product plans, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Champion a strong product culture focused on customer value, outcomes, and long-term product-market fit.

🧩 Ideal Candidate

• Senior product leadership experience (Head of Product / Director equivalent) in SaaS, platform, or product-led businesses.
• B2B marketplace or Fintech experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to grow and mature product teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; capable of both shaping strategy and being hands‑on.
• Strong communicator with cross‑functional leadership strengths.
