• Contribution of knowledge and experience in one of our core team areas (Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Innovation Management, Project Management, Sales, Business Development, HR, Finance, etc.)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and intrinsic motivation as well as curiosity, enthusiasm, ability to improvise and start‑up mindset
• High technical affinity for digital trends & buzzwords as well as a good understanding of the market (IT consulting vs. software services vs. innovation consulting, etc.) or in building a Venture Capital fund
• Confident communication skills in German & English
