Qualifikationen

Technical Visual Experience Designer (f/m/d)

Location: Karlsruhe

You help our customers see the future of industrial connectivity and turn complex technology into compelling visual experiences. As a Technical Visual Experience Designer, you’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to translate product value into engaging visuals, motion, and storytelling that resonate with customers.

Aufgaben

• Develop visual concepts that turn technical solutions into clear, engaging stories across customer touchpoints.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings, motion graphics, illustrations, schematics, and animations from CAD/STEP data to visualize product features and use cases.
• Support go‑to‑market preparations with visual and motion design and storytelling assets – from concept visuals and key visuals to product videos.
• Maintain and further develop the visual identity and design system to ensure brand consistency across formats.
• Explore new technologies (AR/VR, 3D Web, AI‑based tools) to continuously enhance visual communication.
• Collaborate with an agile, cross‑functional team at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology and prioritise visual requests.

Profil

• Experience in technical visualization, marketing or industrial design (ideally B2B/tech).
• Skilled in working with 3D CAD files (e.g. STEP) for product visuals.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Suite, Blender, After Effects.
• Interest in tech, automation and how things work.
• Comfortable working with engineers and product teams.
• Visual thinker with a proactive, curious mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
