We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in the Dental CAD / CAM industry . This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience with dental CAD / CAM systems, software, and equipment, and are passionate about supporting customers with technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for CAD / CAM systems , including CAM software (Millbox, WorkNC, Hyperdent), CNC, milling machines, and metal laser sintering 3D printers used in dental labs and clinics

Train clients on the use and optimization of dental CAD / CAM workflows

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and improve product reliability

Maintain documentation of support cases, solutions, and training materials

Act as a technical advisor to sales teams during pre- and post-sales activities

Stay current with the latest developments in digital dentistry and CAD / CAM technology

Requirements :

Experience in the dental CAD / CAM industry , ideally in a technical support, engineering, or application specialist role
