The Role

Job Title : Technical Sales Manager – Maritime Solutions (Germany)

Reports to : European Territory Director

Location : Hamburg

Main Purpose of the Job

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business within the German maritime market by promoting the company’s cutting-edge maritime solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to sell hardware, airtime services, and smart solutions, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships and providing technical support in collaboration with the service department.

Key Tasks
  • Lead the sales process for maritime-related products and services within the German market.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and manage sales inquiries distributed by the Sales Director.
  • Work closely with technical and service departments to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
  • Provide quotations and maintain sales forecasts, ensuring that all deals are in line with company guidelines.
  • Offer in-depth product knowledge to both technical teams and customers, ensuring solutions align with client needs.
  • Actively participate in market awareness initiatives, industry exhibitions, and seminars.
