Your tasks
- Ensuring compliance with all safety-related regulations, in particular environmental protection and occupational safety
- Contributing to the development of proposals and measures to improve work processes
- Participating in the implementation and monitoring of metering service processes
- Control and monitoring of partner companies
- Implementation of order management, i.e. creation, processing and monitoring of reports / orders
- Implementation of processes for customer-driven measures
- Support with quality assurance measures and the preparation of reports
- Support in the processing of inconsistent master data
- Assisting with communication via all media, including telephone hotline, e-mail and correspondence
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training and further training, e.g. energy specialist or similar
- Knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory framework, e.g. EnWG, Strom- und GasGVV, GPKE, GeLi Gas
- Knowledge of the respective tariff and contract constructs
- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Knowledge of the IT billing system
- Practiced handling of modern communication media
- Good and confident written and spoken communication skills
- Strong customer-oriented behavior as well as communication and teamwork skills
