What You’ll Do

• Create, implement, and iterate on AI based high-quality motion and visual effects using Unity and After Effects-Like tools.
• Develop automated Unity and After Effects workflows to streamline content creation.
• Explore and apply AI-based tools for motion, animation, and visual design.
• Work closely with artists, designers, and developers to build seamless visual experiences.
• Develop lightweight technical solutions and prototypes to test visual ideas quickly.
• Support asset integration, optimization, and performance in Unity.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Unity, with an understanding of how to create and control visual elements.
• Experience with motion graphics and/or After Effects.
• Strong curiosity and drive to explore AI animation tools and learn on the job.
• A creative problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Comfortable collaborating across disciplines with both technical and artistic teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ComfyUI or similar AI motion solutions.
• Shader knowledge or light scripting experience in Unity.
• Background in animation, VFX, or interactive media.
