• As Team Member you will drive and manage projects and foster collaboration among business, policy, science, and civil society to empower local leaders in driving urban transformation.
• Project management of various knowledge-driven initiatives (including workshops, forums)
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s goals and objectives.
• Facilitate partnerships and collaborations among diverse stakeholders, including businesses, policymakers, scientists, and civil society organizations.
• Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives and activities, leverage resources, and capitalize on opportunities for FUL.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging the team to challenge the status quo and explore innovative approaches to the challenge.
• You have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in the FUL (Future Urban Living) Area, specifically in multi-stakeholder projects and cross-sector collaborations related to urban development, engagement, or related areas.
• You hold a master’s degree in urban planning, public policy, social sciences, environmental studies, or a related field.
• You already worked in or with local overnments, NGOs, or international organizations and your skills have helped to develop a proven track record of organizing and leading initiatives.
• You own a deep knowledge of urban-rural dynamics and sustainable development practises.
• You are experienced in leveraging digital applications (e.g. Digital twin, cutting-edge technologies), multiple digital tools and you communicate with confidence and clarity in German and English.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to team success by aligning efforts, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
