A leading fintech company in Germany seeks a Team Lead Risk, Model Validation & Governance to manage the validation of risk models and ensure regulatory compliance. This role, part of the Financial Risk Management function, is critical for maintaining model robustness. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in risk management, strong analytical skills, and must be fluent in both German and English. We are looking for a Team Lead Risk, Model Validation & Governance to lead the independent validation of risk models, scorecards, and pricing tools at Solaris SE. This includes Pillar 1 & 2 (ICAAP/ILAAP, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, risk bearing capacity) models as well as other models or assessments used in the bank, e.g. pricing.
This is a newly created critical role in the Financial Risk Management function that ensures the robustness and regulatory compliance of our models, so we are seeking an experienced professional to lead, manage and evolve our validation framework.
