This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.

As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll be our master of first impressions—combining intuition, precision, and a bit of sourcing magic to find and engage exceptional, experienced people before they ever hit the apply button. Working alongside our recruiters and hiring leads, you’ll build diverse, strategic pipelines and ensure our talent map is always one step ahead of our hiring needs for mid-to-senior level openings.

What You’ll Do 🎯
  • Strategic Sourcing: Cast wide (but strategic) sourcing spells across LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, and events to identify experienced talent across corporate, Go-To-Market, and technical roles.

  • Pipeline Generation: Build and nurture diverse, evergreen talent pipelines for current and future experienced hiring needs.

  • Targeted Outreach: Craft compelling, highly personalized outreach messages that reflect our brand and spark candidate interest among passive, seasoned professionals.

  • Generalist Focus: Focus efforts primarily on experienced (non-early career) talent across a variety of functions in the Berlin market and supporting international expansion efforts.

  • Data Experimentation: Continuously experiment with sourcing tactics, channels, and messaging to improve response rates and conversion of highly passive talent.

  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate, clean candidate data and detailed sourcing intelligence in our ATS (Ashby) and other sourcing tools.

What You’ll Bring 💡
  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a proven track record of finding and engaging experienced (mid-to-lead) passive talent.

  • A strong generalist background, successfully sourcing across multiple complex functions (e.g., Tech, Finance, Marketing, Operations).

  • A knack for finding needles in haystacks—mastery of Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter tricks, and niche search strategies.

  • Strong written communication skills in English with the ability to tailor persuasive messaging for different experienced candidate personas.

  • A curious, persistent, analytical, and creative approach to talent mapping and market research.

  • Nice to Have: Experience in European startup market.
