We are in search of a Survey and Maintenance Technician to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you\'ll play a crucial role inscaling our maintenance operations across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance;


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support;


• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory;


• Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate;


• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan;


• Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers;


• Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices;


• Execute technical site visits (Survey) prior to installation to technically evaluate the eligibility of the location and assess adaptations required;


• Check and control the quality of installation;


• Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with experience in maintaining products with network effects. Previous experience as a technician is a strong plus;


• Technical diploma or equivalent technical vocational training;


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;


• Good analytics skills required to perform data analytics and reporting tasks;


• Proficiency in German, with good communication skills;


• Knowledge of English ≥ B2;


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;


• Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects;


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
