Job Description

At our Berlin office, we specialize in managing and developing fashion collections for Private Label brands within the About You umbrella. Our passionate team is dedicated to delivering innovative, trend-driven, and high-quality designs. Behind the scenes, efficient supply chain management is key to ensuring our collaborations launch on time and meet the highest standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to join our Logistics team. In this role, you will oversee logistics and supply chain operations for inbound products, managing the end-to-end flow from manufacturer to warehouse.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and ensure our products reach the market seamlessly. This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on our operations while working in a fast-paced, creative, and supportive environment.

This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring the logistics process, helping to ensure a smooth flow from order placement to delivery
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of products
• Schedule and track shipments, working closely with freight carriers and transport companies to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any issues related to shipping, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, promptly and effectively
• Assist with forecasting and planning of inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demands
• Support compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation
• Maintain close communication with fashion buyers and manufacturers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred; a Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and shipping regulations
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of SQL, project management tools, and Google Looker Studio is a plus
