About the Role: We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical in maintaining the highest quality standards across our products while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with experience in e-commerce or consumer goods.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

Qualifications and requirements for this role include:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in quality control, compliance, or a related field (preferably in textiles or consumer goods).
• Strong knowledge of product labeling and regulatory compliance standards (legal label knowledge is a plus).
• Familiarity with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and MADE IN GREEN certifications (preferred).
• Experience working in e-commerce or fast-paced consumer goods environments.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
• Ability to build, improve, and streamline QC and compliance processes.
• Confident in defining and tracking KPIs, reporting on trends, and suggesting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all product inspections and quality control processes.
• Review inspection reports to ensure products meet internal quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including care labels, law labels, and safety warnings.
• Maintain and update certifications (OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, MADE IN GREEN) with valid documentation.
• Build, improve, and streamline internal QC and compliance processes.
• Define and track KPIs related to quality and compliance, providing regular reporting and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, compliance companies, and inspection agencies.
• Support cross-functional teams by standardizing product technical packs and improving internal reporting frameworks.
