What you'll do?

Together with the Shop Manager, you're the driving force behind our team. A tight‑knit, stable crew of all‑rounders who keep our multi‑category store running like clockwork. Your role? Stay on top of everything. You plan schedules, organise the floor, motivate your team members, and coach where needed. Communication, leadership, inspiration – you do it effortlessly.

Meanwhile, you ensure the store looks impeccable and every passenger gets the service they deserve. No two moments are the same. One minute you're solving a problem, the next you jump in on the floor, and in between you're celebrating wins with your team.

Working hours

9 to 5? Not here. This airport operates 365 days a year, from 05 : 30 to 21 : 00. Sundays, holidays, early mornings, late evenings – it's all part of the deal.
