ISCC International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. If you are passionate about sustainability and would like to join our highly motivated and diverse teams to make a difference we are looking forward to welcoming you as Working Student for Graphic Design in our team at the ISCC head office in Cologne.

• You establish and maintain a strong visual presence for ISCC across all channels effectively communicating strategic positioning and core values through impactful visual experiences.
• You ensure consistency in design across all media formats.
• You develop creative solutions to help the team achieve their goals for projects of various sizes including presentations, flyers, signage, templates, social media content and more.
• You produce high‑quality integrated creative work that aligns with our visual identity and resonates with the target audience.
• You follow creative direction and conceptual input as well as project plans including timelines and specifications outlined in briefs.
• You stay updated with the latest trends in print and interactive design as well as advancements in production and technology.
• You support the Senior Brand Manager in fulfilling additional design‑related duties as needed.

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Graphic Design Illustration or a related field with an availability of at least one year (preferably longer) and 15‑20 hours per week.
• You already have experience in creating digital and print content for social media and marketing materials.
• You are skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office (particularly PowerPoint).
• You possess strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and presentation skills.
• Excellent English(C1) is a must. English is not only our office language but also the language in which we create our marketing materials. Additional language skills will be of advantage.
• You can efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have a creative solutions‑oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
• Last but not least: You get excited talking about sustainability related topics and relevant legislations.
