Qualifikationen

  • Independent & structured work with quick comprehension.
  • Good knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of German and Spanish is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Aufgaben

  • Support of the IZ division in project controlling and compliance management.
  • Analysis, improvement, and documentation of departmental processes.
  • Support in reporting using MS Excel.
  • Assist in auditing receipts and budgets of projects.
  • Research and process project information in graphs and presentations.
  • Collaborate in establishing a knowledge management system.

Student Assistant Controlling & Compliance (d/f/m)

- limited to a maximum of two years / max. 20 hours per week

Your tasks:
  • Support of the IZ division in project controlling and compliance management (in the Controlling & Compliance team of the International Cooperation Department)
  • Analysis, improvement, and documentation of departmental processes
  • Support in reporting with the help of MS Excel and support in the maintenance of financial and project management systems
  • Assist in auditing receipts, project budgets and financial reports of publicly and privately funded projects
  • Research work and processing of project information in graphs, tables and presentations
  • Collaboration in the establishment and further development of a knowledge management system
  • Flexible tasks according to your needs
Your profile:
  • Student in the field of economics/social sciences with basic knowledge of accounting and controlling
  • Available for at least one year
  • Independent & structured work as well as quick comprehension & good analytical skills
  • Affinity for numbers and systems
  • Good knowledge of the English and French language, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of German and Spanish language will be an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
