We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Associate to support partnership and policy engagement across DACH & CEE, with a focus on the German-speaking markets.
This role is a key member of a multi-disciplinary campaign team, responsible for advocating policy positions and coordinating strategic partnerships both internally and externally.
You will work closely with other functional experts across governmental affairs and communications to advance our mission in the region. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across initiatives.
You will report to the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, DACH/CEE, and work alongside other cross-functional team members across the region.
In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, both within and outside the company. You\'ll need to quickly grasp our value proposition, work proactively with government and tourism bodies to support policy efforts, and help stakeholders understand the broader value our organisation brings to communities.
This is a high-impact position ideal for someone with excellent project and event management skills and a track record of driving successful partnerships in business, policy, or advocacy settings. Experience in a political, governmental, or regulatory environment is highly valued.
Travel across Central and Eastern Europe should be expected.
