The Opportunity

You'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to major Automotive accounts across Germany, helping them maximise value from existing investments while expanding into new digital experience products and solutions. You'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles, create compelling propositions tied directly to customer outcomes, and work closely with an extensive cross‑functional team across consulting, CSM, marketing, engineering, digital strategy and more.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments and knows how to influence, navigate and win across global matrix organisations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own & grow strategic Automotive key accounts across Germany.
  • Drive value realisation from existing platform investments while generating net‑new revenue.
  • Lead a broad stakeholder network across C‑suite, digital leaders, marketing, data & product teams.
  • Align with cross‑functional experts (CSMs, Solutions Consultants, Enterprise Architects, Digital Strategy, Marketing, Partners).
  • Build strong value frameworks, business cases and long‑term growth strategies.
  • Run enterprise sales motions across multi‑solution, multi‑year deals.
  • Collaborate on marketing and PR initiatives, developing strong references and customer success stories.
  • Demonstrate best‑in‑class value selling capabilities.
What You'll Need
  • Deep enterprise software sales experience with complex, platform‑led solutions, selling to the Automotive sector
  • A strong track record of exceeding quota in large enterprise environments.
