Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Representing the brand image to ensure an outstanding experience for both customers and team members
• Promoting collections, know-how, and products to customers
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive environment
• Managing the point of sale and applying commercial policies: team management, administration, stock management, loyalty programs, etc.
• Developing turnover and performance indicators, recruiting, training, and challenging the team
