General Description

In your role as Store Manager(m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing our flagship store in Cologne. Together with your team, you will ensure an excellent customer experience and optimal product presentation, as well as the achievement of sales targets. In addition to actively advising customers, you will ensure smooth operations and a motivated team, and continuously identify potential for improvement.

Your Role
  • You will manage our flagship store with a passion for retail.
  • You will be responsible for the customer experience, product presentation, sales and representing our brand and values.
  • You will lead a team of sales consultants in a communicative, cooperative and open manner, treating everyone as equals. You will help build your team and expand it in the future.
  • You will help your team to develop their potential and take their customer service and sales pitches to the next level.
  • You will handle administrative tasks such as staff deployment, holiday planning, preparation and provision of key figures.
  • You will be on the shop floor, advising our customers with your exceptionally competent, open-minded and positive manner. Inspire our customers: show them how our products make their travels adventurous and smooth.
  • You will pass on customer feedback on products and services internally, thereby helping to continuously improve our products and the customer experience.
  • You will ensure that the inventory is well organised at all times.
  • You will be part of a self-organised and agile environment.
Your Skills and Experience
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in leading small teams in the retail sector of a premium brand.
  • You already have experience in dealing with products or services that require intensive consultation.
  • You have a talent for building long-term customer relationships, winning and retaining customers by recognising their needs and wishes, thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You have solid experience in achieving sales targets and take on the daily challenge of increasing sales.
  • You attach great importance to high-quality visual product presentation and work in a reliable, organised and structured manner. You impress with your open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive and sales-oriented personality.
  • You have experience with administrative tasks, are proficient in Word and Excel, and can organise your work efficiently.
  • Experience with Shiftbase is an advantage (software for planning work shifts and time recording).
  • You are enthusiastic about travel, smart products, fashion, design and sustainability.
  • You are fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a plus.
