Staff UX Designer – Hosts Platform

Are you excited by the challenge of designing products that ultimately will be used by millions of users to explore the world every month? A fast-scaling consumer platform is looking for a senior design leader to shape its host-facing products – the backbone of a service used by their clients to deliver the best travel experience to their customers.

What You'll Do

• Shape the Vision: Define and drive the UX strategy for tools and workflows that enable hosts to onboard, manage and grow their businesses.
• Elevate the Experience: Lead design work across the entire lifecycle – from research and ideation to prototyping and polished product.
• Champion Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data specialists to bring ideas to life in a way that’s cohesive, scalable and delightful.
• Stay User-Centric: Advocate for host and guest needs through continuous research, usability testing, and iteration.
• Raise the Bar: Mentor designers, push design standards forward, and foster a culture of excellence across product and engineering teams.

You’ll join a dedicated product organisation that works in close partnership with engineering and data. It’s a collaborative, low-ego environment where strong ideas rise quickly, ownership is encouraged, and the user impact of your work is immediately visible.
