To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Senior level Product Manager (m/f/x), full-time for our Product team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week).

As a Senior Product Manager on our Acquisition team, you will be at the forefront of this mission, shaping the first impression for hundreds of thousands of users and driving the growth of our subscriber base.

What you will contribute:

  • Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire customer acquisition funnel.
  • Own the end-to-end user journey that turns visitors into subscribers. This includes leading the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, for critical conversion touchpoints like the Homepage, Product Listings, Product Detail Pages, Internal Search, and the entire Checkout experience.
  • Be responsible for shaping a seamless, high-converting experience that fuels our subscriber growth.
  • Own and relentlessly drive key business metrics (KPIs) such as Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and new subscriber growth.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of marketers, engineers, designers, and data analysts to identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Champion product discovery through rigorous A/B testing, user research, and deep data analysis to uncover user needs and unlock new avenues for growth.
  • Clearly articulate and communicate product strategy, requirements, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful, user-facing products in a B2C environment.
  • Significant experience working directly on a growth, acquisition, or conversion-focused product team.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; you are an expert in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and user analytics.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
  • Deep knowledge of agile development methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban.
  • Proficiency with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira) and analytics/design/collaboration tools (e.g., Amplitude & Miro).

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or subscription-based business models.
  • A solid understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and how they intersect with product strategy.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms like Amplitude, Optimizely, VWO, ABLyft or Google Optimize.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
