What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, develop, and coach a highly effective revenue-generating sales team and drive the next generation of talent.
  • Define sales strategy, territory planning, and effective account allocation for the valuable German Mid-Market segment.
  • Manage and deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Drive and implement sales methodologies such as Value Selling and MEDDIC.
  • Develop and execute annual strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share from new and existing clients.
  • Set quality objectives, performance standards, and priorities across the team.
  • Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity; share insights with leadership and sales teams.
  • Build effective alliances within the organization, including Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Recruiting, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings.
  • Create an environment that attracts and retains top sales talent in marketing tech and creative professional spaces.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives to exceed their goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Native German and fluent English skills; additional languages like Polish, Czech, or Hebrew are a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as SaaS or tech companies.
  • Proven management experience of sales teams (minimum 2 years).
  • Exceptional presentation skills across organizational levels.
  • Leadership ability to coach and motivate teams.
  • Ability to lead complex sales processes and manage sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies like MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Challenger Sale, or Sandler Sales.
