How you WOW:

As part of our Warehouse Operations department, you'll be responsible for the meticulous planning and coordination of our annual inventory, working closely with internal departments and external logistics partners.

You will leverage your expertise to review warehousing processes at national and international sites, identify areas for optimization through site visits and inventory controls, and develop improvement proposals to enhance efficiency.

You will manage the entire inventory process, including staff instruction, quality assurance audits, and final approvals, ensuring accurate inventory counts.

Through evaluations of key performance indicators, you will identify potential improvements and implement measures to optimize operations.

Resolving complex inventory discrepancies, executing stock corrections, and advising departments on inventory matters will be part of your daily routine.

It would be WOW if you bring:

  • A university degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or commercial training as a specialist or business economist focused on freight forwarding, logistics services, wholesale, or foreign trade management.
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google Workspace) and good knowledge of SAP R/3.
  • Business fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness for occasional domestic and international travel (approx. 5-10 days/year).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to new ideas.
  • Flexibility in daily work routines, with options for flexitime and occasional remote work.
