A well-established insurance broker is seeking a (Senior) Consultant in Frankfurt to advise corporate clients on employee benefits and workforce solutions. This role requires proven experience in pensions or corporate advisory and strong analytical skills. You will manage diverse client projects, coordinate internal experts, and develop long-term relationships. The role offers a competitive compensation package, modern work models, and opportunities for professional development.
Our client, a well-established insurance broker, advises companies across Germany on sustainable corporate and employee-related solutions. With a long-standing reputation for quality and expertise, the organisation supports clients in shaping innovative workforce strategies and benefits programs.
As a (Senior) Consultant, you will advise corporate clients on employee benefits, occupational pension schemes, healthcare, and long-term workforce solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to HR and Finance stakeholders, helping them analyse existing structures, identify optimisation potential, and develop forward-looking concepts.
You will manage diverse client projects, coordinate internal experts across Legal, Actuarial, and Administration teams, and accompany clients from analysis to implementation. By recognising client needs and emerging trends, you will contribute to the growth and development of long-term client relationships, including international or cross-border projects.
Proven experience in employee benefits, pensions, HR or corporate advisory is essential. Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex topics clearly for different stakeholders.
Comfortable working with HR and Finance departments, understanding their strategic and operational challenges.
Client-focused, solution-oriented, and confident in project coordination and stakeholder management.
Very good German skills are required; good English skills are an advantage, particularly for international projects.
Opportunity to specialise and grow expertise in occupational pensions, benefits advisory, and corporate solutions.
Exposure to international clients and cross-border projects.
Work on strategic and operational client challenges, not just transactional projects.
Collaborate closely with internal experts in legal, actuarial, and administrative functions.
Inspiring work environment in a central city location (Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich), with a people-focused culture where employees are at the center.
High degree of creative freedom and ownership in a future-oriented, organically growing organisation.
Modern work models supporting work-life balance, including flexible hours and home office options.
Extensive internal and external training opportunities to advance your professional development in employee benefits and corporate consulting.
Competitive compensation package, including 13th salary, holiday bonus, commuting allowance, and additional attractive benefits.
Additional perks and lifestyle benefits can be tailored to your preferences.
