Responsibilities

• As a wellbeing expert, advise guests professionally on the selection of spa and fitness programmes.
• Coordinate and plan appointments efficiently for masseurs, therapists, beauty specialists, and fitness trainers.
• Handle change requests from guests regarding treatments already booked.
• Work closely with all employees in the spa area.
• Inspire guests with our care products and offers from the SPA and fitness area, actively promoting them.
• Convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the hotel or service sector or relevant professional experience.
• Ideally further training in wellness, cosmetics, or massage, e.g., wellness counsellor.
• Positive charisma and enthusiasm to convey to guests and colleagues.
• Competent and warm demeanor.
• Responsible work ethic.
• Sincere guest and service orientation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High initiative and sales talent.
• Good knowledge of English.
