How your future is shaped with us
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for SW Projects
- Create and maintain project schedules and plans
- Track progress and manage risks/issues
- Ensure ASPICE process compliance (e.g., SWE.1–SWE.6)
- Plan and support ASPICE assessments/audits
- Collect and manage requirements (traceability, changes)
- Coordinate SW activities with hardware and system teams
- Communicate with stakeholders (OEMs, suppliers, management)
- Prepare project status reports and presentations
- Ensure quality standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
- Oversee documentation and release management
- Lead and motivate the software team
- Support Functional Safety and Cybersecurity activities
- Support in Customer Acquisitions
What you need for a future with us
- Completed university or college degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Strong knowledge of automotive software lifecycle (V-model, Agile)
- Deep understanding of ASPICE process areas
- Knowledge about Autosar Software development
- Experience with e-drive systems and embedded software
- Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).
- Skilled in requirements and configuration management tools (e.g., PTC Windchill PLM)
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Functional Safety (ISO 26262) experience is a plus
- Experience with Aurix TC3xx µC is a plus
