Job Summary: As a Social Media Specialist/ Senior Specialist focusing on the German market, you will play a crucial role in managing content for our official Instagram and TikTok accounts, driving influencer marketing efforts, and increasing engagement through organic reach. You will work closely with the KOC & Social Media Specialist to support various initiatives, including building KOC groups, creating content, WOM marketing, and managing affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
● Manage and oversee the official Instagram and TikTok accounts for the German market.
● Develop and execute effective and efficient content plans to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
● Holistic support of marketing campaigns through well-thought-out social media planning and creative ideas
● Monitor social media channels and handle community management
● Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize engagement and growth.
● Create performance data reports on a project and campaign basis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
● Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend and implement new strategies.
Content Creation:
● Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy.
● Collaborate with internal design teams or external agencies to produce high-quality multimedia content within given cost and time frames.
● Develop and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
Influencer Marketing:
● Work closely with the KOC Specialist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.
● Identify and engage with influencers who align with the brand's values and objectives.
● Manage influencer cooperations and campaigns
● Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and values.
● Measure the effectiveness of influencer collaborations through analytics and reporting.
Requirements:
● Work onsite at least 4 days each week in the Berlin office.
● Proficiency and fluency in English. Native in German.
● Industry experience is mentioned as a preferred requirement.
● Excellent verbal communication and networking skills.
● Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
● Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and experience in working with influencers.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
● Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Knowledge of relevant social media management and analysis tools, as well as content creation tools.
● Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with e-commerce and online retail marketing.
● Graphic design and video editing skills.
