We’re supporting a Microsoft partner in Germany that is building its entire Microsoft practice and expanding its Dynamics 365 capability.

With a small, growing team and honest, transparent leadership, this is a rare chance to join at rebuild stage where your impact and progression are much faster than in larger partners.

The Opportunity

This role sits inside a newly forming Microsoft Solutions team working across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and support Dynamics 365 Sales and / or Field Service projects.
• Build and maintain Cloud Flows and low code automations.
• Work with Dataverse and Power Platform customisation.
• Hold customer workshops, configuration and improvements.
• Optionally take part in presales, demos or project responsibilities if you want more exposure.

What You Bring

• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales or Field Service)
• Strong Power Platform skills
• Comfortable working with Dataverse and low code customisation
• Curious, proactive and happy to take responsibility in a rebuilding team
• A willingness to learn fast and contribute to shaping a growing Microsoft practice
• JavaScript or plugin knowledge is a bonus, not essential
